Why Your Weight Loss Plan Failed
The number one reason weight loss plans fail is due to bad information. The second biggest reason they fail is due to a lack of accountability, and the third biggest reason is negativity. The final reason weight loss plans fail is being surrounded by others who are not being healthy.
I have helped over a thousand people get to a healthy body weight. It is one of my main purposes in life. Everyone I begin with has failed elsewhere. There is so much conflicting information that it is easy to get off track or just give up. Fitness people underemphasize the importance of what you are eating (which is more than twice as important as exercise). Fitness people also tend to push people too hard, too fast and either injure people or burn them out. Nutrition people either underemphasize exercise or give nutritional advice that conflicts with scientific evidence. For instance, almost no one acknowledges or realizes that after six months most "diets" (low carb, low fat, mediterranean, etc) come out about the same in total weight lost. What you're eating matters but not because carbs or fats are bad (it's only certain carbs and certain fats that are bad, as are certain proteins). Even though I created a very specific, effective and super simple to follow diet based on research, it gets altered at least a little for everyone I coach. I will design a unique diet and exercise plan for you.
Every person has a unique body (and brain) that responds differently to different foods and diets and exercise plans. Your plan must be designed to work for you specifically!
I also know how to motivate people and keep them accountable. Seeing me every week or every other week is going to keep you on track. You're going to want to please me because I am going to pour my all into making sure you get the body you want. I am going to keep up with you through texts and encourage you when you're having a tough time. I view everyone I work with as family. Your goals and your well-being are of the utmost importance to me.
Negativity comes from all sorts of places. Past failures, negative family members, and negative friends can all lead to negativity. I believe in you and your ability to get the body you want. All you need is a great coach, and I want to be that for you.
Finally, it is important that you evaluate the health of the people you surround yourself with. If your friends and family are unhealthy, research suggests you are far more likely to be so too. Find healthy people to spend time with. The healthier you become, the less you will want to spend time with unhealthy people and the more likely you are to influence the unhealthy people in your life. I almost always learn that the partners of the people I work with become healthier too. Let's begin working together and make sure your weight loss plan is successful!
